Yes! We are fully insured with general liability coverage. We believe in professional service, and that includes protecting our business and giving our customers peace of mind.

Can you provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for my event?

Absolutely! We frequently work with schools, churches, Businesses and parks. If your organization requires a Certificate of Insurance or needs to be named as an “Additionally Insured,” please contact us at least 7 days before your event so we can have our agent draft the paperwork.

What does your insurance cover?

Our policy covers incidents resulting from our own professional negligence (such as improper equipment setup). It is important to note that our insurance does not cover injuries resulting from a lack of adult supervision, horseplay, or failure to follow the safety rules outlined in your signed Rental Agreement.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. After checking out you will be sent our rental agreement to sign. This document ensures you understand the safe operating procedures and your responsibilities as the “lessee” while the equipment is in your care.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Your Safety is Our #1 Priority

When our safety rules are followed, inflatables provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone. The secret to a great party is simple:

Always have a responsible adult supervising!

So, pull up a chair, stay observant, and take plenty of pictures while the kids have a blast!

 

Our “Safety-First” Approach

Our Rentals only go out if we can check these boxes:

  1. Secure Safety Netting: To keep jumpers safely inside the bounce and slide areas.

  2. Commercial Quality: Built from flame-retardant, heavy-duty 15oz-18oz vinyl.

  3. Safe Entry/Exit: Equipped with safety steps or padded mats to catch any tumbles.

  4. Properly Secured to the ground: So, nobody blows away.

  5. ​Blower is plugged into a dedicated outlet to prevent a tripped breaker while kids are inside.

  6. Extension cords are always heavy-duty (12-gauge) to prevent fires.

We are Certified Professionals who safety train annually through SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization).

We constantly try to educate ourselves on the latest industry safety standards.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Delivery Window We require anywhere from 30-45 minutes per inflatable for setup (depending on the equipment being rented). We always reach out to let you know what time we’ll arrive for setup.

Setup Surface Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. Unfortunately we can’t set up on dirt, bark, slopes, close proximity to power lines, freshly cut grass clippings, or any type of rocks.

Takedown Window We arrive at the end of your rental time and require anywhere from 30-60 minutes per inflatable for teardown.

 

 

Free Local Delivery

We love serving our neighbors! Delivery is always free for any event located within our standard 10-mile service area.

Outside Our Range?

If your event is a bit further out, we’re still happy to come to you! For locations outside our 10-mile radius, we apply a delivery fee based on your specific location.

Fair & Honest Pricing

Because fuel prices are always on the move, we keep a close eye on local diesel rates and use a simple formula to keep our delivery fees accurate. Our goal isn’t to profit from these fees—we just want to cover our costs so we can keep our rental prices as low as possible for everyone.

 

Standard Cancellations:

  • 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations requested more than 14 days before your scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

  • Less than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made within the 14-day window will result in the forfeiture of the 25% reservation deposit.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations: Your safety is our absolute priority. We monitor local conditions using professional anemometers (wind meters) to ensure safe operation.

Our Policy: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals during severe weather, including heavy rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15mph sustained or 20mph gusts.

Which hasn’t happened so far🤞

When Mother Nature Wins: If severe weather prevents us from setting up on your event date, we will first attempt to reschedule your rental to a new date that works for you.

The Rain Check: If a reschedule isn’t immediately possible, don’t worry—you won’t lose your investment. We will issue you a Rain Check Credit equal to the full amount paid.
